When email bounces... (well, it happens to all of us!): Try to
email again in a few hours. As the last resort, fax us your email address:
1-320-210 0442 (USA). You can also leave Your email address a this number as a voice
message. Spell twice and clearly, please.
You are not receiving answer from us?
Please allow a week or so - we get lots of emails! Then, try to resend Your
message. Maybe, Your message got eaten by some anti-spam filter. If that is the
case, it might help to send a short message, without any "trigger words", such
as "buy", "sell", "cheap", etc...
If you are still not getting our answer, it might be that we sent it, but your mailbox is full,
your server refuses emails from our server, etc. - we will post a note for You
on this message board.
When you respond, please provide some alternate email address or write "please post the message
to the web" - we will display the message here for you to read it.
