Made by The Cuban Film Institute ICAIC [we have no affiliation with ICAIC].
Hand-printed using unique silk screen technique with thick, vivid colors. Printed in small, minute quantities.

We only own one or two exemplars of most. It was very hard to get them. This rarity together with the strong graphic design made the posters valuable collector's item.
The Cuban Film Institute reprinted some of these posters later, using the same matrix, and had them for sale. We suppose that we have the first editions since we have gotten them directly from ICAIC in Cuba in 1997, before they became such a commodity - but we are not 100% sure. In any case, they are beautiful.
