What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary depending on what you buy and where you ship it. Here are some
examples shipping and handling prices for delivery in the USA:
||Posters: $3.50 for the first poster and $1
extra for each additional poster. Posters are either shipped first class or
priority mail (orders with 2 or more posters usually shipped priority mail).
Posters: $5.99 for the first poster and $1 extra for each additional
poster. Giant posters are shipped priority mail.
Art Prints: $5.95 for the first print and $1 extra for
each additional print. Art Prints are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
Other Items: The shipping rates for other items depend on the item
size and weight.
International shipping rates: International rates vary depending on
the country and the items ordered.
You can view your precise shipping cost before finalizing your order.
Any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
How can I pay by credit card online?
To place an order online, simply add all the items you want to purchase to your shopping
cart and then click the "order" button. Choose to pay online and
follow all the instructions we provide. You will be asked for your credit card information
which is protected by our secure server and strong data encryption technology.
How can I pay by credit card over the phone?
To place a credit card order over the phone, simply add all the items you want to purchase
to your shopping cart and then click the "order" button. Choose to
pay by phone and follow all the instructions we provide. To finalize your order by
providing your credit card information over the phone, call our customer service number at
1-510-654-0190. Please have your order ID handy when you contact us.
How can I pay by check/money order through the mail?
To place an order by mail, simply add all the items you want to purchase to your shopping
cart and then click the "order" button. Choose to pay by mail and
follow all the instructions we provide. Mail orders are usually shipped within 48 hours
after payment is received. We accept checks and money orders only.
How can I pay online if I don't have a credit card?
We currently have two options for you:
InternetCash is a disposable prepaid card that is purchased at local retailers and
used to shop online. It is an easy, safe, and private alternative to credit cards,

What if my shipping and billing addresses are different?
If you are paying by credit card you can have your bill and package sent to different
addresses. After choosing to pay online and entering your shipping information you will be
given the option of having your bill sent to an alternative address.
When will you charge my credit card?
We don't capture your credit card payment until after your package is shipped. Because we
ship almost all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment, you can expect us to charge
your credit card within two days of your order.
What if the price of an item on your site is wrong?
Despite our best efforts, occasionally one of our many items is mispriced. Rest assured,
however, that we verify prices as part of our shipping procedures.
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount
and ship you the item.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we contact you for
instructions before shipping.

How do you package your posters and prints?
Posters and prints are shipped rolled - never folded - in mint condition and in strong
poster tubes with healthy amounts of padding to assure their safe
arrival. Throughout our storage and shipping process we take exceptional care
to assure your order will arrive to you in perfect condition. Of course, if
your poster or print arrives damaged, we will provide you a replacement free of charge.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Normal delivery times for US orders are as follows:
Posters: 1 - 2 weeks
Art Prints: 2 - 3 weeks
Mounted Items: 2 - 3 weeks
International orders can take up to 6 weeks depending on the country, but generally take 2
- 4 weeks.
What should I do if my package has not yet arrived?
You should first review shipping times (above) to see if your package is
late. If your package is indeed late, please e-mail Orders@AllPosters.com or call our customer service
line at 1-510-654-0190.
What should I do if my package was damaged while being shipped?
Please e-mail Orders@AllPosters.com with
your AllPosters Order ID, name, and any other relevant information. Thank you.
What is your return policy?
If you purchase posters or prints from us and are unhappy with your package for any
reason, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund
of the retail price (we do not refund shipping).

Is this poster a reprint or an original?
All of our original posters are marked 'original' in the text below the image. If the text
says 'reprint poster' or simply 'poster', then the item is a reprint.
Is this poster in stock?
To find out if any item is in stock, first enlarge the image. Unless you see 'SOLD OUT' in
bold, red lettering below the image you can assume that we have the item in stock.
Is the image accurate?
AllPosters.com stands by the accuracy of the images it puts online. If you feel that we
have placed an image on our site that doesn't accurately represent the poster or print you
received, we will refund your money in full.
When will you restock this poster?
Restocking items can take anywhere from a couple days to several weeks with 1-2 weeks
being most common. If you would like to be notified when we get an item back in stock,
enlarge the image you want to be notified of and enter your email address at the bottom of
the page. As soon we have quantities you will be notified.
